Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in control center operations or similar role.
• Familiarity with electrical substation safety protocols and equipment.
• Knowledge of NERC standards and impact on operations.
• Competency in plant processes, electrical and SCADA systems.
• Ability to follow operating procedures without exception.
• Experience with solar, wind, and battery storage asset operations is a plus.
• Strong communication to manage critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of utility-scale renewable assets.
• Monitor SCADA portfolio for faults, alarms, and underperformance.
• Adjust plant parameters per direction of operators and management.
• Prepare operational reports for grid entities.
• Coordinate with O&M personnel for troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain outage schedules and forecasts.
• Maintain logs and documentation per industry standards.
