Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Contracts Specialist/Contracts Attorney for a 100% remote role. You will review incoming contracts for compliance with company standards and monitor agreements at different stages of review in a high-volume environment, handling 50–100 requests daily from nationwide teams.

Two years of contract review experience, experience with vendor and SaaS agreements, and knowledge of data privacy regulations are preferred. A J.D. and bar admission are desirable but not required.

Contracts Specialist/Contracts Attorney (100% Remote)

Job Description

A national staffing company is seeking an addition to its Contracts team. This position will be 100% remote. The Contracts Specialist or Contracts Attorney will be responsible for reviewing incoming contracts for compliance with company standards and monitoring various agreements at different stages of review, all while focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and fast turnaround time. This is a high-volume environment involving daily management of 50-100 requests from nationwide team members at various stages of review.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

• Two years of contract review experience including reviewing, drafting, and editing legal documents/contracts.
• Experience with vendor and SaaS agreements.
• Experience with data privacy rules and regulations a plus.
• J.D. with admission to at least one state bar preferred, but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to take ownership of assigned projects. Deadline-oriented.
• Ability to conduct legal research.
