Job summary

Advanced Sentry LLC is seeking an experienced contracts professional to support end-to-end procurement contracting from planning to signature and post-signature reviews.

You will draft, negotiate, and manage agreements across technology, security, and data privacy areas while collaborating with Legal, Privacy and Security teams to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. A remote-friendly role with Austin preference is offered, targeting a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years managing commercial contracts within Procurement, Sourcing, or Commercial Legal environments.
• Industry knowledge: SaaS, cybersecurity, internet infrastructure, OEM suppliers, and marketing technology solutions are desirable.
• Contracting expertise: ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision.
• Legal & regulatory acumen: understanding of commercial contract law, data security, and privacy regulations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: assess risk and provide business recommendations.
• Collaboration and communication: strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional work.
• Organization and adaptability: able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of procurement agreements including technology, security, and data privacy contracts.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, and commercial risks with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve contract-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements across contracting processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security, and business units to align strategies with goals.
• Manage agreements from intake through execution using contract management tools.
