Premier Talent Partners is seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage the full contract lifecycle—drafting, review, negotiation, and post-signature performance. This remote role in the United States emphasizes procurement and contract management, collaboration across Legal, Privacy, and Security teams, and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills, with experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, and data privacy

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing commercial contracts in procurement, sourcing, or legal.
• Strong understanding of risk management and contract negotiation processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, internet infrastructure, OEM suppliers, and marketing tech is desirable.
• Knowledge of contract law, data security, and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement agreements across technology, security, and data privacy domains.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to identify and mitigate contract risks.
• Manage dispute resolution with internal and external stakeholders to preserve relationships.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements throughout contracting.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Security, and business units to align contract strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle using contract management tools to boost efficiency and transparency.
