Job summary

Aypa Power in Austin, Texas is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to support the full lifecycle of supply, service, and EPC contracts. You will manage document control, redlining, and metadata scrubbing, turning counterparty markups into execution-ready documents with high-volume efficiency.

You will collaborate across legal, finance, engineering, procurement and commercial teams to structure terms, maintain dashboards, and ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field or relevant experience.
• 2–5 years in contract administration or transactional support roles.
• Experience with EPC/equipment supply contracting preferred in energy storage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and document control discipline.

Responsibilities

• Gatekeeper for all contract documents with rigorous version control.
• Process documents from counterparties; reconstruct changes; scrub metadata; maintain audit trail.
• Incorporate standard terms into EPC and supply contracts; ensure templates compliance.
• Draft and review contracts to drive timely execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to finalize terms.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, engineering and procurement to structure scope.
• Maintain contracting dashboards and trackers for deal progress.
• Assemble execution packages and issue conformed copies.
• Deploy contracting tools, templates, and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
