Job summary

CorVel Corporation is seeking a Contract Administrator to review contract terms, ensure pricing accuracy, and coordinate amendments. This remote role emphasizes compliance, risk assessment, and maintaining accurate records across customer contracts.

You will tie pricing in contracts to customer setups in CorVel's internal systems, coordinate with account managers and the configuration team, and report status to management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of company contracts, with a focus on pricing.
• Ensure compliance by auditing contracting policies and procedures.
• Responsible for obtaining, verifying, and maintaining records relevant to the contract such as new customer setups and pricing changes.
• Responsible for tying out pricing in contracts to customer pricing set up within CorVel's internal systems.
• Responsible for communication and coordination of account managers and customer configuration team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
• Excellent reading and language comprehension.
• Coordinate actions with internal procurement and legal teams, if needed.
• Report status of current contract processes to management.
• Resolve any existing contract conflictsAnalyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization
