Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's or equivalent experience with 1 year claims management preferred.
• Must maintain Workers’ Compensation license/certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receives Workers' Compensation claims and confirms policy coverage.
• Determines claim validity and compensability.
• Establishes reserves and authorizes payments within limits.
• Manages non-complex lost-time claims under close supervision.
• Communicates claim status with customer, claimant, and client.
• Adheres to guidelines and participates in claims reviews.
• Assists with more complex claims as needed.
• Performs additional projects and duties as assigned.
