Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the Smart Infrastructure team. This role supports contract review, risk assessment, and workflow management across Sales, Legal, and Management to ensure compliant and timely contract execution.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, process addenda, NDAs, and insurance/bond coordination while maintaining centralized records and supporting risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in contract administration or legal support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, purchase orders, proposals, and commitment documents to identify risks and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage end-to-end contract workflows and coordinate distribution between stakeholders.
• Facilitate contract execution using Adobe Sign and ensure proper documentation of signed agreements.
• Prepare addenda for contracts under threshold and communicate rationale to owners.
• Manage workflows for Master Agreements and NDAs, ensuring applicable Delegation of Authority processes.
