Job summary

Givzey is a remote-first AI-native fundraising company hiring a Procurement Manager to own post-verbal-commit work for new logos, upsells, and renewals. You will negotiate, redline, chase information, and file contracts across Sales and Legal teams.

You will manage high-volume contract threads, maintain deal integrity, and drive fast closures while ensuring compliance and accuracy in HubSpot.

Qualifications

3+ years personally negotiating and redlining contracts as an individual contributor.
Direct, hands-on experience negotiating external contracts (procurement/legal/purchasing).
Strong written communication and ability to hold ground in negotiations.

Responsibilities

Redline and negotiate new contracts from verbal commit to signed MSA, using standard terms.
Own all deal paperwork: Service Orders, DPAs, BAAs, and addenda.
Serve as day-to-day contact for prospect legal and procurement counterparts.
Gather information across Sales, CS, Finance, and leadership to prevent deal delays.
Keep deal records clean and current in HubSpot.
Flag real contract risk or non-standard terms to VP of Sales before signing.
Own renewal paperwork for 200+ clients, including new logos, upsells, and renewals.
Coordinate with Customer Success on timing, pricing, and term changes.
Track renewal calendar and prevent missed deadlines.
Ensure all fully executed agreements are filed in HubSpot.
