Job summary

Foundation Marketing is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to own the full lifecycle of client, vendor, and employment agreements. You will draft, negotiate, and review contracts, escalating to counsel as needed while protecting cost and turnaround time.

You will also lead an initiative to harmonize templates, document intake, and storage, and contribute to an AI-assisted contract knowledge tool. Fully remote role for US/Canada based candidates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in contract management, paralegal, or contracts-counsel work.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts, and change orders.
• Fluency in US and Canadian contract law fundamentals; counsel when needed.
• Familiarity with data privacy frameworks (GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA).
• Experience building a contract management function and related tooling.
• Proficiency with DocuSign, PandaDoc, ClickUp and AI-assisted knowledge tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contract drafting and negotiation across all scenarios.
• Escalate to outside counsel only when appropriate; be the primary point of contact.
• Review contracts for insurance and liability terms; coordinate with People Ops.
• Audit active SOWs against MSA terms to catch scope creep.
• Improve contract knowledge systems and document intake/storage processes.
