Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks a Principal Specialist, Contracts (Remote) to provide contractual guidance on NDAs and related agreements with customers and partners. You will represent the company in contractual transactions and maintain strong business relationships while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Leverage experience in government contracts (FAR/DFARS) to analyze NDAs, manage terms, and coordinate with program teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in contracts management of U.S. Government contracts under the FAR and/or DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual guidance for non-disclosure agreements with cross functional partners to meet obligations.
• Represent Collins Aerospace on contractual transactions and develop customer relationships.
• Support analysis of NDAs and related contract administration.
• Manage scope and terms to ensure NDA compliance.
• Identify, mitigate and resolve contractual issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with internal/external customer program teams and document communications.
• Flow down customer contractual requirements within the organization.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
