Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX business, offers a remote U.S. role for a Principal Specialist, Contracts. You will provide contractual guidance on NDAs, represent the company in contractual transactions, and collaborate with customers to maintain strong business relationships.

The position requires a university degree with 5+ years of related experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years), and expertise in FAR/DFARS. Remote access is available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree and 5+ years relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in contracts management of U.S. Government contracts under FAR/DFARS.
• Ability to manage multiple NDAs and negotiate complex terms.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual guidance on NDAs to cross functional partners to meet obligations.
• Represent Collins Aerospace on contractual transactions and build customer relationships.
• Support analysis of NDAs and related general contract administration.
• Effectively manage NDA scope and terms to ensure compliance.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with internal/external program teams and stakeholders.
