Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Principal Specialist, Contracts to lead development and execution for NAM programs. You will guide proposals, manage contracts, and maintain strong customer relationships across a complex missile portfolio, with emphasis on on-time delivery and compliant terms.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility, deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and experience coordinating with program leadership, finance, and supply chain to mitigate risks and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience related to contracts management, program management, business management, finance and / or supply chain processes and procurement.
• Experience with contracts, terms and conditions, RFPs, RFQs, FAR, DFARS or similar contracts experience.
• Security clearance process experience and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.

• Identify, mitigate, and drive resolution of contractual issues.
