Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Contracts Management Director to oversee contract management for data center construction programs, including RFx, negotiation, and execution with GCs, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial contracts, 3+ years with hyperscalers or data center developers, and strong CLM and BI skills. Flexible work locations and travel provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant fields; legal/contract focus preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial/transactional contracts management, incl. drafting and negotiations.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement.
• 3+ years working for a hyperscaler and/or data center developer/operator.
• Experience in fast-paced, large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain tools and data analytics, BI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RFx processes for data center programs and evaluate bids.
• Draft, review, negotiate and execute contracts with clients, GC, subs, suppliers and consultants.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments and terminations; maintain records.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, construction, engineering and procurement teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve contract-related issues or disputes.
