Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a seasoned Contracts Management Director to lead contract formation, execution, and administration for large-scale data center construction programs. You will manage RFx processes, negotiate with clients, GC subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/transactional contracts management, drafting, negotiation, and management.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement.
• 3+ years with a hyperscaler or data center developer/operator.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
• Knowledge of supply chain tools, data analytics and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver contract formation, execution, and post-execution management plans.
• Draft, review, negotiate and execute contracts with clients, GC/subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Manage contract renewals, extensions, amendments, and terminations; maintain records.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, construction, engineering and procurement teams to align terms with objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve contract-related issues or disputes.
