Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Contracts Management Director to lead contract oversight for data center construction projects. You will manage RFx processes and contracts with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.

The role requires drafting, reviewing and negotiating terms, managing renewals and terminations, and coordinating with legal, finance, construction, engineering and procurement teams to align objectives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in commercial/transactional contracts management with drafting, negotiation and management.
• 5+ years strategic sourcing/procurement; 3+ years with hyperscaler or data center developer/operator.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and CLM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RFx processes, negotiate and execute contracts with GC, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Draft, review and deliver contract execution plans and post-execution administration.
• Manage contract renewals, extensions, amendments and terminations; maintain records.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, construction, engineering and procurement to align terms with objectives.
• Identify risks, resolve contract-related issues and disputes.
