Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Contracts Management Director to oversee contract formation, execution, and administration for mega-scale data center builds. Lead RFx processes, negotiations, and renewals with general contractors, suppliers and consultants, ensuring compliance with industry standards and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, construction, law or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial/transactional contracts management (drafting, negotiation, execution, management).
• 5+ years strategic sourcing/procurement experience.
• 3+ years with hyperscaler and/or data center developer/operator.
• Experience in fast-paced, large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain tools, data analytics and BI tools.
• Knowledge of sustainability and social responsibility in supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver contract execution plans, including formation, execution, and post-execution management/administration.
• Draft, review, negotiate and execute contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants for large-scale data center projects.
• Manage contract renewals, extensions, amendments, and terminations; maintain records of all contracts and documents.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, construction, engineering and procurement teams to align terms with objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks and liabilities and resolve contract-related issues or disputes.
• Create and issue RFxs for services; evaluate bids from suppliers; ensure competitive sourcing.
