Job summary

Valenz is seeking a Contracts & CLM Administrator to manage and optimize our contract lifecycle system, supporting the full lifecycle from drafting to renewals while ensuring policy alignment and compliance.

You will collaborate with legal, sales, and operations, maintain templates, track approvals, and drive efficiency through process improvements in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with CLM systems or document management.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains the internal CLM, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of contract records.
• Maintains contract templates and approved language for consistency in the CLM.
• Drafts, reviews, and maintains client agreements, amendments, and renewals.
• Ensures contracts comply with internal policies, coordinating with legal for non-standard terms.
• Tracks contract lifecycle activities from approvals through execution and renewals; follows up on pending items.
• Communicates with and supports internal stakeholders and external parties throughout contracting.
• Collaborates with sales, client success, and operations to ensure timely contract execution.
• Identifies opportunities to improve contract processes, templates, and system usage.
• Maintains organized contract files in accordance with policies and audit requirements.
