YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Contracts Attorney to support a confidential AI project. You will review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, draft explanations for redlines, and apply negotiation and technology transactions expertise in a remote, deadline-driven environment. The role requires a J.D.

from an accredited school and active U.S. bar, 4+ years of transactional experience, and strong writing and contract review skills to maintain high legal standards across teams.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and data protection.
