Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts on behalf of the organization.
- Prepares legal documents such as memorandums and correspondence.
- Informs Navitus of legal changes and provides guidance on issues.
- Files legal documents and maintains corporate records.
- Develops processes for indexing and filing legal documents and contracts.
- Supports other departments with contracts and regulatory affairs.
