Labcorp is hiring a REMOTE Contracts Associate II in Vendor Contracting. The role manages the full lifecycle from drafting through renewal and termination, serving as a key liaison with Law, Procurement, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant and risk-mitigated contracts.

The position requires hands-on contract administration, team leadership, and coaching for new hires, with a focus on operational excellence and standardization of contracting processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all phases of the vendor contracting process to ensure timely and accurate execution of agreements.
• Draft and prepare contracts using pre-approved corporate templates, ensuring consistency and adherence to policies.
• Review, analyze, and negotiate vendor‑provided contract documents to align with company requirements and minimize risk.
• Review and respond to redlines and proposed revisions to templates, escalating as needed for non‑standard terms.
• Collaborate with counsel and business stakeholders to ensure contracts reflect business intent, needs, and compliance.
• Maintain template libraries, clause banks, and contracting playbooks; support audits and governance.
