Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions. We are seeking a REMOTE Contracts Associate II to manage the full lifecycle of vendor agreements, from drafting to renewal, and to serve as a liaison between the Law Department, Procurement, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coaching, drafting, reviewing redlines, and ensuring compliance with policies. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree with 2+

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts and reviewing vendor documents.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate vendor contracts using pre-approved templates and vendor papers.
• Review, analyze, and negotiate vendor‑provided documents to align with company requirements.
• Collaborate with counsel and business stakeholders to ensure contracts reflect business needs.
• Review, update, and maintain contract libraries, clause banks, and playbooks.
