Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Contract Management Specialist II to deliver timely contract support for Commercial and Vendor Legal teams. You will draft, negotiate, and manage a range of agreements while coordinating cross-functional reviews and maintaining templates and playbooks.

The role requires 3+ years in contract management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication. This is a remote-first position with nationwide flexibility and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract management experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage routine and moderately complex contract matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and vendor agreements, amendments, and NDAs.
• Triage legal requests and route matters requiring attorney involvement.
• Coordinate approvals and cross-functional reviews to move contracts to execution.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and training materials.
• Communicate contract positions, risks, and next steps to internal partners.
• Identify process improvements to boost speed, efficiency, and quality.
