Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to handle contractor hiring from sourcing through onboarding, including offer negotiation and acceptance.

You will collaborate with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment peers to ensure full-cycle recruitment for assigned accounts. Your role focuses on recruiting updates, market condition insights, and achieving customer satisfaction by timely and effective hiring, while adhering to our compliance and process standards.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and acceptance, and onboarding of contractors.
• Developing and managing relationships with Operations, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and insights on market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of assigned accounts.
