Job summary

First American is seeking a Contractor Recruiter Specialist to join our remote team supporting the Home Warranty division. You will manage contractor hiring cycles, coordinate documents, and train teammates on FA policies while ensuring high customer satisfaction and accurate coverage.

You’ll make outbound calls to contractors across the U.S., assist with profiles and paperwork, negotiate within guidelines, and help streamline processes with Falcon reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years vendor management, Customer Service, Sales, or outbound telesales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with good problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and fill/close acquisition requests from area managers.
• Assist contractors with questions regarding procedures and policies.
• Outreach to contractors across the U.S. to promote joining the network.
• Set up contractor profiles and manage required paperwork.
• Assist with billing through the online contractor portal.
• Negotiate pricing within First American guidelines and monitor coverage.
