Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Contractor Recruiter to source and vet contractors supporting home repairs. You will manage recruitment in a regional area, collaborating with the Contractor Management team and reporting to the Supervisor, Contractor Recruiting.

You may work from the Chattanooga, TN center or remotely as required, with a base salary plus monthly bonus. The role emphasizes outbound sales activity, sourcing, negotiation, data entry, and maintaining contractor performance.

Qualifications

• Inside/outside sales experience with a demonstrated history of successful commission based sales.
• Experience sourcing and vetting leads and managing sales territories.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors to establish and maintain a viable contractor network.
• Ensure newly recruited contractors meet business expectations around costing and compliance.
• Negotiate contractor service rates within business guidelines.
• Produce and present performance reports on recruitment progress and issues.
• Demonstrate awareness of current standards and Codes of Practice.
• Perform projects that may involve fieldwork.
• Travel up to 10%.
