Job summary

HomeServe USA Corp is seeking a Contractor Recruiter to source and vet contractors for our service network from the Chattanooga area. The role is on-site with potential remote work as needed and includes a base salary plus a monthly bonus based on contractor recruitment results.

The position requires experience in sales, sourcing leads, and strong negotiation skills, along with excellent communication and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Inside/outside sales experience with commission-based sales highly desired.
• Experience sourcing and vetting leads and managing sales territories.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to negotiate and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors to establish and maintain a viable contractor network.
• Ensure newly recruited contractors meet business expectations around costing and compliance.
• Negotiate contractor service rates within business guidelines.
• Produce and present performance reports highlighting recruitment progress and issues.
• Demonstrate awareness of current standards and Codes of Practice.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Other duties as assigned.
