Job summary

HomeServe USA, a Brookfield Infrastructure Group portfolio company, seeks a Contractor Recruiter to source and vet contractors for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and landscaping services across multiple states. The role covers multiple states, reports to the Supervisor, Contractor Recruiting, and may work remotely from time to time in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Salary is $40,000 base with a monthly bonus; responsibilities include building the contractor network, ensuring cost and compliance,

Qualifications

• Inside/outside sales experience with commission-based sales is highly desired.
• Experience sourcing and vetting leads and managing sales territories.
• Computer literate with MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors to establish and maintain a viable contractor network.
• Ensure newly recruited contractors meet costing and compliance expectations.
• Negotiate contractor service rates within business guidelines.
• Produce and present performance reports on recruitment progress and issues.
• Demonstrate awareness of current standards and Codes of Practice.
• Perform projects as required that may involve fieldwork.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Other duties as assigned.
