Job summary

R.W. Mercer Co. seeks an experienced Contract Specialist for a full-time role, open to remote or hybrid work arrangements.

You will support development, review, negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts across procurement, legal, finance, and operations. The position requires managing contracts through their lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of contract administration/management experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience reviewing contracts, SOWs, pricing and vendor agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and administer contracts and related docs.
• Manage full lifecycle of contracts from request to closeout.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and operations.
• Support negotiations with vendors and service providers.
• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and compliance.
