Qualifications

• Availability for overnight travel to client site(s) if needed.
• 7+ years of experience combining recruiting technology consulting, hands-on system configuration, and technical project/program management within complex enterprise implementations.
• Extensive hands-on applicant tracking system experience, including configuration, administration, integrations, and advanced knowledge of relevant APIs.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise recruiting platforms, including configuration, integration management, testing, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology workstream from implementation through go-live and ongoing delivery.
• Manage the integrated high-volume recruiting technology ecosystem including the ATS.
• Lead system configuration and integration validation across the solution.
