Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Contract Recruitment Technology Implementation Manager to lead configuration, integration, and go-live for high-volume recruiting solutions. This senior, hands-on role is remote with occasional travel to client sites and requires strong program management and technical leadership.

You will own the tech workstream, coordinate across vendors, clients, and KF systems, ensure readiness, testing, and stabilization, and drive continuous improvement in delivery and candidate

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting technology consulting and complex enterprise implementations.
• Extensive hands-on ATS experience, including configurations and integrations.
• Proven experience leading multi-system go-lives and ongoing operations.
• Strong technical troubleshooting across integrations, data exchanges, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology workstream from implementation through go-live and ongoing delivery.
• Manage a high-volume recruiting tech ecosystem and the client's ATS.
• Lead configuration, integration validation, data flows, and API enhancements.
• Coordinate testing, defect triage, release readiness, and production support.
• Partner with clients to scale readiness for hiring volume and ensure stability.
• Governance: manage plans, logs, docs, and change control across teams.
