You will source proactively, manage pipelines, and help attract top-performing sales professionals in a high-growth organization while working remotely from the United States.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruitment and sourcing for sales roles.
• Experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proficient in Boolean searching and LinkedIn usage.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including passive and active sourcing
• Partner with executive leadership to develop employment branding strategy
• Build team structures and identify the right fit for candidates
• Act as an ambassador for the organization's brand and culture
• Manage interview processes and prepare interviewers
• Oversee hiring plans and pipelines with functional teams
• Develop recruitment channels such as job fairs and conferences
