Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to provide recruiting support, with an immediate focus on sales and revenue hiring. The contractor will partner with our Talent Acquisition team to build strong candidate pipelines and manage end-to-end searches.

The ideal candidate proactively sources, engages, assesses, and closes top sales talent across functions, independently handling multiple searches in a fast-paced environment. This is a 1099 independent contractor role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting sales and revenue talent.
• Proactively source passive candidates.
• Experience across multiple levels from IC to leadership.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles with a focus on sales and revenue.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and databases.
• Build targeted pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen candidates for experience, performance, momentum, and fit.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define profile, competencies and expectations.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Present qualified candidate slates and manage offers.
