Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either corporate or agency.
• Direct experience using UKG Ready recruiting module is mandatory.
• Ability to recruit for various roles as required by client.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance.
• Utilize UKG Ready to manage candidate pipelines and job postings.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
