Job summary

Honkamp Payroll, LLC, a Dubuque, IA-based payroll and HR management firm, is seeking a Payroll Support Specialist III. The role supports UKG Ready across modules, processes payrolls accurately, and collaborates with teams to resolve client inquiries.

On-site or remote work options are available, with a focus on confidentiality and compliance. The candidate should have 2+ years of UKG Ready experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

2+ years of hands‑on experience using UKG Ready.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret numerical data and payroll guidelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and support UKG Ready payroll modules across all components.
Process basic to complex payrolls accurately and on time.
Maintain client confidentiality and uphold data security policies.
Collaborate with other departments on client issues and special projects.
Document communications and payroll processing activities.
