Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts with a focus on construction industry expertise and proactive sourcing. This role partners with the TA team and hiring managers to build and execute workforce pipelines, manage candidate flow, and ensure a positive candidate experience across multiple roles.

You will coordinate interviews, support campus recruitment, and contribute to McGough Internship Program while maintaining strong relationships

Qualifications

3-5 years of related experience with an emphasis in technical recruiting or sourcing.
Experience recruiting within the construction industry.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, online recruiting tools, professional networking platforms, and job boards.
Knowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

Overall talent recruitment success.
Supports proactive sourcing efforts and talent pipeline development.
Successfully coordinates the hiring process to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Supports and works with the Director, Talent Acquisition (TA), TA team, and Hiring Managers to build and execute the company's workforce pipeline strategies.
Candidate satisfaction and internship program support.
Aids in developing relationships with prospective talent, schools and networks.
