Job summary

Next Street is seeking a Project Manager, Learning & Development, to own curriculum production from concept to launch. You will coordinate instructional designers, SMEs, and contractors to deliver high‑quality learning on schedule, balancing throughput and quality across multiple concurrent projects.

This is a remote, 1099 contractor role with EST working hours, beginning as soon as possible through December 31, 2026, at ~10–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience owning delivery across multiple concurrent projects, meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience directing or coordinating the work of creative and technical contributors, including contractors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Jira, or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own the production schedule across the curriculum portfolio from intake through launch.
• Sequence and prioritize concurrent builds against capacity and deadlines.
• Map dependencies and secure inputs for each build to stay on track.
• Monitor progress, forecast risk, and adjust scope or resourcing as needed.
• Hold production to defined quality standards and support LMS administration.
