Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. seeks a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists, PA documents, and related reports.

You will support pharmacists and clinical leadership by keeping benefit data accurate, with QA reviews at defined checkpoints and opportunities to leverage automation and AI-tools for efficiency. The role is remote within the United States, with an expected 9–12 month contract timeframe and a pay range of $20–$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and relevant state registration where required.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• At least 2 years with PBMs supporting clinical services such as utilization management or prior authorization.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, formularies, NDC identifiers.
• Proficient in formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data comparison and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with clear written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across teams.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and adopt AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents; resolve related questions.
• Prepare reports and client business review materials with QA review.
• Publish coverage policy files and client drug lists under QA supervision.
• Analyze medication lists and prepare client-facing materials including disruption analyses.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and operational teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency through automation.
