The ideal candidate will have experience in contract workflow support within a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and coordination skills. This is a remote, interim position with target pay ranging from $50 to $80 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-volume administrative support across sponsorship and event-related contract workflows.
• Manage contract intake, tracking, routing, and follow-up across sales, legal, and internal stakeholders.
• Review forms and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
• Coordinate revisions, approvals, and communication between cross-functional partners.
• Support field sales teams with contract submission processes and requirements.
• Assist with purchase orders, billing coordination, and payment tracking.
• Triage incoming requests and prioritize urgent items.
• Maintain organized records and ensure consistent workflow execution.
