Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist to support the Corporate Accounts team in Fort Lee, NJ. The role coordinates between Sales, Legal, Finance, and external stakeholders to move contracts through negotiation and execution efficiently. It also supports the Office Manager and general office operations.

This temp-to-hire position requires attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Paralegal certificate, equivalent training, or related education required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial contracts, sales operations, legal operations, or related function.
• Experience reviewing, redlining, and supporting negotiations of commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, supply and distribution agreements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for incoming customer contracts (NDAs, MSAs, etc.).
• Support Corporate Accounts leadership and account managers through negotiations.
• Review contract comments and coordinate feedback with stakeholders.
• Escalate non-standard terms to Legal and obtain required approvals.
• Track contract progress, milestones, and deadlines to prevent delays.
