Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced contract negotiators to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote, contract-based role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week and $100/hour.

You will review and negotiate commercial agreements, draft redlines, analyze clauses, and prepare diligence memos, NDA and vendor agreements, and negotiation position summaries for a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts, including redlines and diligence reviews.
• Prepare and analyze NDA and vendor agreements, and negotiation position summaries.
• Create and maintain obligation and renewal trackers and related memos.
