Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Expert Contract Development Manager to lead drafting and end-to-end management of commercial agreements, from standard single products to multi-million-dollar solutions. You will own contract scope and provide strategic leadership throughout drafting and negotiation.

You will establish cross-functional collaboration among business, legal, finance, and operations to develop and revise contract documentation, guide negotiations, assess risk, and ensure alignment with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.
• 8-10+ years of technology contracting or related experience.
• Experience with marketing technology and cloud data platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex commercial contracts and agreements.
• Own and manage the contracting process end-to-end.
• Collaborate with business, legal, finance, and operations to develop and revise contract documentation.
• Provide guidance on contracting standards, processes, and risk management.
