Our New Jersey healthcare company is seeking an experienced recruiter to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will own full lifecycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare and operational roles, building robust pipelines and delivering measurable results.

This in-office, full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $25–$32 plus monthly bonus, with strong partnerships to hiring managers and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a high-volume recruiting environment; healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates, not simply managing inbound applications.
• Metrics-driven mindset and confidence using data to prioritize work, evaluate results, and improve outcomes.
• Strong experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle—from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-volume healthcare and operational roles.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, networking, talent communities, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Use recruiting data to drive decisions, improve performance, and anticipate hiring needs.
• Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, candidate engagement, and hiring goal attainment.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify needs, establish realistic timelines, and create effective recruiting plans.
• Deliver a responsive, professional, and engaging experience for every candidate.
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters and business partners, sharing insights, resources, and best practices to achieve team goals.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements that help us hire faster and smarter.

We’re a growing healthcare company seeking an experienced recruiter with 2-3 years of experience. This is a high-energy, high-volume role for someone who can move quickly without sacrificing quality, build strong partnerships, and consistently deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do
