Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. seeks a Contract Customer Care Representative to join our remote US team. You will provide empathetic support via phone, email, and case systems, helping members navigate plans and resolve issues.

This 120-day contract requires shifts between Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. PT or weekends, with equipment provided and a pay rate of $26–$28/hour. Prior healthcare operations or PBM experience is a plus, and Salesforce familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or healthcare operations role (PBM, health plan, or pharmacy setting a plus).
• Active pharmacy technician license preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving with a customer-first mindset and sense of urgency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Prescryptive’s customers and their needs.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic customer service via phone, email, and case systems (Salesforce).
• Identify issues, escalating trends, and contributing improvement ideas.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to share feedback that enhances the customer experience.
• Assist with customer communications during product updates or launches.
• Acquire detailed knowledge of Prescryptive’s products, workflows, and support tools.
• Help refine and document internal customer care processes.
