Uniphar is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for a full-time remote role. The position supports patients, health care professionals, and customers across multiple channels during US business hours (9a–7p ET).

Compensation sits at $16.00–$16.32 per hour, with opportunities to assist in product information and customer education. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of professional customer service experience, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of professional customer service experience with inbound calls and/or outbound dialing required.
• Previous call center experience preferred.

• Reviewing, interpreting and reacting to data provided.
• Communicate messages and product information to customers and clients.
• Assist customers in trial, adoption, and usage of client products or services.
• Operate efficiently using PCs and a CRM/database; maintain records with high accuracy.
