Qualifications

• Remote work ability in a high‑volume, metric‑driven environment.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently triage incoming calls from members and pharmacies with professional etiquette.
• Provide support for call center staff and document issues clearly.
• Identify and escalate concerns to the Operations Team as needed.
• Communicate issues and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies while delivering first‑call resolution.
