You will support General Provisions, Terms & Conditions, and mandatory clause flow-downs, ensuring compliance across the procurement lifecycle with cross-functional collaboration among Procurement, Legal, Project Management, and Operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of contract compliance experience, or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracts preferred.
• Strong MS Word (Advanced Redlining), Excel and SharePoint/Teams skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Procurement, Legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive subcontract provisions aligned with company objectives.
• Translate prime contract requirements into negotiated General Provisions and clauses for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead negotiations on General Provisions and Terms & Conditions, drafting customized language to mitigate risk.
• Maintain negotiated clause language in company systems for accessible, consistent tools used by buyers.
• Review government contracts to ensure compliant implementation and traceability.
