Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Trade Compliance Senior Specialist to support federal regulatory programs and ensure licensing compliance for activities across multiple facilities. This remote role emphasizes ITAR and EAR expertise and training to empower teams and safeguard national security.

You will prepare agreements, conduct denied party screenings, manage DoS/DoC authorizations, and oversee audits with a focus on compliant execution and collaboration with program teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years in trade compliance.
• Graduate degree with 4+ years in trade compliance.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agreements supporting international business activities in compliance with federal regulations.
• Train personnel on U.S. trade compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR).
• Conduct denied party screenings and resolve matches with justification.
• Prepare export/import documentation for compliant international transactions.
• Interpret government responses and advise internal stakeholders on compliance.
• Apply for DoS/DoC authorizations and train program teams.
• Conduct internal/external audits and ensure compliant processes.
• Provide strategic export/import guidance and manage travel/visitors compliance.
