Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Active Secret clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains primary contractual interface with the customer.
• Maximizes cash through contract formation and negotiation.
• Reviews solicitations, proposals, and contract changes for compliance.
• Interprets terms and conditions and ensures adherence to FAR/DFARS.
• Supports NDA, Bailment, and MOA/MOU as needed.
• Communicates across teams to explain processes and practices.
• Assists with risk mitigation and strategic guidance.
• Travels minimally as required.
