Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a contract compliance professional to support regulatory clause compliance across the procurement lifecycle. The role emphasizes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating General Provisions and mandatory flow-downs for suppliers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will interpret requirements, mitigate contractual risk, and collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Project Management, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of contract compliance experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of relevant contract compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Procurement, Legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive subcontract provisions.
• Translate prime contract requirements into negotiated General Provisions and flow-downs.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers on General Provisions and Terms & Conditions.
• Develop and organize negotiated clause language for procurement teams.
• Review government contracts for compliant implementation.
